This topic needs to be brought to the public’s attention. However, the purpose of this is not simply to raise awareness of the issue, but also to shed light on both why the gap exists and what can be done to close it entirely. The ethnicity pay gap has taken far too long to narrow to the current level. It is, to put it mildly, unacceptable.
