Reconnecting people with what it is to be human, in a hectic, device driven, movement limited world is what I do, through a concept I’ve created called Simply Move!™.

Simply Move!™ is the culmination of my expertise specializing in human movement, gained from studying human evolution, my Master’s degree in Sport Science, and my leadership in the UK’s National Health Service.

However, it’s the 1000’s of people I’ve observed, listened to and worked with, who have taught me so much, that underpins my Simply Move!™ philosophy. People regain belief in their body again, fully engage and live the life they love, with the body they’re in, away from the burden of pain and injury.

The strength, flexibility and confidence needed to achieve this, comes from understanding how our bodies are designed to thrive through the way we move, breathe and align ourselves, with every move we make, in everything we do. Our ancestors pre industrialization made ‘life their gym’ and you can do the same with Simply Move!™.

Tune into the rhythm of your body, to move more intuitively and efficiently, as a part of who you are.
