Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance and in writing via email ([email protected]) and will be honored as follows:

• Program registration fees are refundable if submitted no later than 10 days before the scheduled program time.
• In the case of a program series/bundle, cancellation must be received no later than 10 days before the first scheduled program.

If You Are Unable To Attend the Program and the Cancellation Deadline Has Passed:
Program fees will not be refunded. A recording will be available after the program has concluded. If the program is offered at a later date, you may attend the program at no additional cost.

Refunds Are Not Granted Due to Attendee Technology Issues:
It is your responsibility as the program attendee to test your computer setup prior to the start of the program. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live program, you are not eligible for a refund.

Program Cancellation:
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a program is canceled by WeLearn Learning Solutions, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible after the cancellation.
