Assessments

Whether the management or workplace assessment is selected, having an assessment is a great way to further training programs outside of an initial session. In my experience, companies that continue to focus on communication styles when they are dealing with other topic areas, end up helping align concepts. It also provides a language around the way someone might want to be praised, or to receive feedback, for example.

To administer the assessments, it is good to give everyone at least a week, preferably two weeks to set aside the 20-30 minutes to complete the assessment. All assessments are emailed to the participants and the results come right to my administrator site. I would only need first name, last name and email address to generate the assessment link. Each link is unique. I can see who has and has not completed the assessments. Once complete, we can do a lot of fun things like run team reports, comparison reports, etc.
