Stacey Saunders, the founder of Saunders Consulting, is a Business and Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Speaker. She helps entrepreneurs and business owners feel more productive, accomplished, and calm at the end of the day by coaching them on how to go from busyness to business. She is known for training professionals on purposeful productivity, building inclusive teams, and refining their systems to create more ease in their day and life.

Her passion is to bring integrity and playfulness to operations so that small businesses can be more inclusive, innovative, and impactful. She also advocates for communities of color, queer, women, and girls.

She calls Chicago home and is an avid traveler, a photographer, and a spy & heist film enthusiast.
